Modeled after the Meijo Line subway train in Nagoya, Japan! Exterior textures created using real photographs. Interior textures mostly hand-painted.

Screenshots shown use real-time AO and no lights; the lighting is already contained in the textures. The entire model uses one 512x512 texture map.

Middle cars are 3,772 tris each and end cars are 3,314 tris. The train cars can be daisy chained as many as you like. Doors can slide open. Also comes with a simple tunnel environment.

Unity package with all prefabs, models, textures, materials, and scene included! Note that it's made for Unity URP. If you're using the built-in renderer or HDRP, you must convert the materials.

Optional Bundle: Add a full subway station for just $3.93 more!

Hi!
I purchased the asset pack with the train bundle and so far I am really pleased with the results. I really liked the train tracks and the train pack, it was easy to export and use, but, unfortunately, the subway station is difficult to use. I want to have a combined mesh - the station and objects and have a single texture, but I can't seem to do that. Can you help out with that? Maybe you can make a single mesh and attach a single texture?
Looking forward to your response.

Hi Niven,

Thanks for your purchase and your kind words!

The subway station environment uses tiling textures so combining their maps would interfere with the tiling pattern. So the floor must have its own repeating square texture as do the walls, the ceiling, etc.

Is there a reason the entire environment should be on a single texture map? Maybe we can help you find an alternative method.

But if it must be all on one map, we can bake the entire environment onto one giant  4096x4096 texture (maybe smaller is possible).

Anyways, let us know!

Well, before buying the asset pack - the train station - I assumed it would be a single texture. I use Copper Cube 6 game engine, which isn't really friendly to multiple textures applied to a mesh. It can take around 3 textures per mesh, if I extract it as obj. Sadly, using the batch export of FBX doesn't help. In short, it would be great to just export the entire environment and apply 1 single texture to it, even if it's combined or baked. Same way, the train (subway wagon) has a single texture - basically the entire wagon and I think 1 more texture for the window.

I understand. Thanks for the clear explanation!

Okay, we'll prepare the station asset for you this way:
- Mesh #1: sign boards
- Mesh #2: objects (chairs, soda machines, etc)
- Mesh #3: environment

Mesh 1 and 2 are already on one texture. Mesh 3 is now tiling so we'll bake it as one large texture.

Let me know if this works out for you, and if you have an email or somewhere I can send you the completed files. Thanks!

Well, that would be lovely.
Yes, I do have a working mail - apishboxgames@gmail.com
Thanks again for being so considerate! Might as well look into other assets and maybe purchase some, if they match the tone I am working with. Thanks again!

Sure! Glad to help out. We'll try to send the asset over to you soon.

We don't have many assets published now, but we plan to upload many in the next upcoming weeks. So check back for those!
