Based on a typical 90s or 2000s office in Tokyo. Can be used as a setting for a city in any country!
Details:
- Three example scenes included: day, evening, and night.
- Numerous props like tables, chairs, monitors, computers, and cabinets that can be freely arranged.
- Desk and cabinets have separate drawer and sliding door meshes.
- Entrance and meeting room door meshes rotate with correct pivots.
- Each object use a separate texture map ranging from 64x64 to 512x512. Consistent pixel density.
- Walls, floors, and ceilings use tiling textures.
- No baked AO. Screenshots shown use screen space AO.
Unity version is for URP 6! No Shader Graph used so it's easy to convert materials to built-in renderer or HDRP.

Can I use it in Unreal? I'm working on an office type of game.
Thanks for your question! We haven't converted it yet for Unreal. There are Blender and FBX files, but they have to be converted for Unreal.
